胃癌高危人群实施医护合作式健康教育效果观察
Effect of Doctor-nurse Cooperation Health Education on High-risk Population of Gastric Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of doctor-nurse cooperation health education on high-risk population of gastric carcinoma.Methods With convenient sampling,totally 249 subjects with a high risk of gastric carcinoma in 3 communities of Xi'an Yanta district received doctor-nurse cooperation health education for 12 months. Before and after the intervention, compared the gastric cancer screening knowledge,gastric cancer screening beliefs and the intervention rate of endoscopy screening. Results After 1-year intervention, there were significant differences regarding to cognition on gastric carcinoma screening, gastroscope and high-risk factors of gastric carcinoma(all P<0.001); scores of 5 dimensions of health belief for gastric carcinoma screening including self-efficacy, perceived severity, perceived barriers, perceived benefits, and perceived susceptibility were significantly improved after the intervention(P<0.001)and 40 subjects participated in gastroscope screening. Conclusion Nursing intervention helps gastric carcinoma high-risk population to improve cognition on gastric carcinoma screening,develop good behavior and enhance participation rates of gastroscope screening and it has played an important role in early screening of gastric carcinoma.关键词
