Abstract
Objective To study the effect of timely squeezing of chest tube on prognosis of patients with thoracoscopic lung surgery. Methods A total of 116 patients that underwent thoracoscopic lung surgery from May to June in 2016 were randomly divided into the control group (n=58) and experimental group (n=58). The tubes were squeezed in the control group at regular intervals, and the tubes were timely squeezed in the experimental group.The drainage volume on the first,second and third day after operation,removal time of thoracic tube, postoperative hospital stay, the incidence of postoperative complications and patient subjective feeling were compared.in the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups regarding to the drainage volume on the first, second and third day after the surgery, removal time of thoracic tube, length of stay after the surgery and the incidence of complications(P>0.05),but patients'sleeping quality and subjective feeling were better in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion It is feasible to timely squeeze the chest tube after thoracoscopic lung surgery,for it reduces the workload of medical staff,alleviates patients'pain and improves patients'sleep quality and satisfaction.关键词
