高危妊娠患者疾病不确定感干预研究
Effect of Cognitive Behavior Intervention on Uncertainty in Illness of Patients with High Risk Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on uncertainty in illness of patients with high risk pregnancy. Methods A total of 148 patients with high-risk pregnancy who were hospitalized in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly divided into experiment group (n=76) and control group (n=72). Experiment group was given individualized cognitive behavior intervention including the promotion of disease-related knowledge and self-management intervention in addition to routine nursing care, while control group routine nursing care only. Patients' uncertainty in illness on the 2nd day of admission and the day before discharge in 2 groups was assessed. Results Patients' uncertainty in illness on the 2nd day of admission had no statistical significance between 2 groups (Z=0.032, P=0.873), but patients' level of uncertainty in illness in experiment group on the day before discharge was lower than that in control group(Z=6.738,P=0.005)and the total score and the score of each dimension were all lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Uncertainty in illness in patients with high risk pregnancy is in a moderate level. Individualized cognitive behavior intervention is effective for reducing the uncertainty about the disease and meeting patients' needs about disease knowledge, thus to lower patients' level of uncertainty in illness.关键词
