摘要

Abstract

SmBaCo2-x Nix O5+δ( SBCNO-x) ( x=0,02,04,06 and 08) were synthesized by the glycine-nitrate process ( GNP ) with different contents of Ni and employed as cathode material for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell ( IT-SOFC ) . The influence of Ni doping on the phase composition, morphology, thermal expansion, electrical conductivity and electrochemical performance was studied. Results showed that SBCNO-x with optimum Ni content ( x=02) calcined at 950℃ exhibited the lowest polarization resistance of 0221Ω·cm2 at 750℃.The thermal expansion coefficient of SBCNO-x cathode was also reduced by Ni doping. The electrical properties of SBCNO-x were significantly affected by the oxygen partial pressure.
