蒙脱土壳聚糖磁性微球对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能

Abstract
The montmorillonite-chitosan magnetic microspheres were prepared by ionic cross-linked method, with chitosan, Fe3 O4 and montmorillonite as the raw material, sodium tripolyphosphate and epichlorohydrin as the cross-linking reagent, and the adsorption of Cr (Ⅵ ) on the microspheres was investigated.It was found that the maximum adsorption for Cr(Ⅵ) occurred at pH=3,and the adsorption capacity increased with the increase of temperature; the adsorption isotherms and kinetics could be preferably fitted with the Langmuir model and the pseudo-second-order model. The negative value of ΔG (<0) and positive value of ΔH (>0) indicated the spontaneous and endothermic nature of adsorption. The saturated microspheres were desorbed by 01 mol/L NaOH.Adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ) was 120 mg/g after five successive adsorption-regeneration cycles, which indicated that the adsorbent could be reused.关键词
