急性事件致残患者心理损伤过程的病机分析
Analysis on the Disease Mechanism of the Process of Mental Injury in Handicapped Patients Caused by Acute Events
摘要
Abstract
According to the seven psychological stages of handicapped patients caused by acute events and the theory of emotion causing disorders from The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic,mental injury by excess of seven emotions was analyzed,and the characteristics of qi movement disorders in each stage were also stud-ied,that is,"fright causes qi to be chaotic","fear causes qi to sink","anger causes qi to rise","pensiveness causes qi to knot","sorrow consumes qi"and "joy causes qi in harmonization and smoothness". And the feasibility of introducing the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatments to cure the psychological disorders was also studied. The TCM treatments were as follows:empathy therapy,enlightening with language therapy, tranquilizing therapy,suggesting therapy and satisfying therapy.关键词
