The Guiding Significance of "Stagnated Wood Should Be Unblocked"on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Breast Cancer
摘要
Abstract
According to the theory "stagnated wood should be unblocked"in Liu Yuan Ji Da Lun of Basic Questions,the pathological mechanism of breast cancer and the guiding significance of syndrome differentia-tion and treatment of breast cancer were studied. The relationship between the qi stagnation in Shaoyang Jueyin and the physiological and pathological features of the mammary gland was discussed. It was proposed that qi stagnation in Shaoyang Qijie and blood stasis in Jueyin were the basis cause of breast cancer. The basic syndrome types of breast cancer are wood failing to regulate, stasis and blockage in the breast collat-erals,stagnated wood over-restricting earth,and the key of the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer are harmonizing Shaoyang,invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,regulating liver and invigorating spleen."Stag-nated wood should be unblocked"can provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of breast cancer.关键词
