HPLC测定苏木配伍马钱子前后对巴西苏木素和原苏木素B含量的影响
Determine Changes of Brazilin and Protosappanin B after Lignum Sappan Combined with Semen Strychni Using HPLC

Abstract
Objective:To determine the content change of brazilin and protosappanin B in the combination of Semen Strychni and Lignum Sappan with different proportion in the water decoction. Methods:The water de-coction was of different proportion at 1:6,1:8,1:12 and 1:24. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)was used to determine the content change of brazilin and protosappanin B. The column was Agilent SBC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the flow phase was methanol-acetic acid(0.1%),the flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 285 nm. Results:The linearity range of brazilin and protosappanin B was from 0.025 mg/ml to 1.50 mg/mL,and the relative retention was 0.9997. Conclusion:The experimental re-sults show that in different proportion of water decoction of Semen Strychni and Lignum Sappan,the contents of brazilin and protosappanin B tend to increase in gradient.关键词
