成人正常核型原发急性髓系白血病中TET2突变情况及临床意义
TET2 mutation and its clinical significance in adult normal karyotype acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the TET2 mutation and its significance in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods The bone marrow samples from 98 patients with newly diagnosed AML were collected. The target fragments were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Then,TET2 mutations were detected by direct sequencing, and we explored the relationships between the TET2 mutation and the clinical features,efficacy,and survival rate of AML patients. Results Twenty-three patients had TET2 mutations (23. 46%). M2 and M5 were the main mutant types. Compared with the TET2 wild type group,the number of primitive cells,peripheral blood leukocyte count,and blood platelet count were lower in the TET2 mutant group (all P < 0. 05),and the TET2 mutant patients had a poor overall sur-vival rate. No significant difference was found in the age,sex,hemoglobin,chemotherapy regimen,chemotherapy efficacy, risk stratification,FLT3-ITD,and NPM1 mutations between the TET2 wild type group and TET2 mutant group (all P >0. 05). Conclusion The incidence rate of TET2 mutation is higher in AML patients,which is related to the poor progno-sis of patients.关键词
