理虚活血祛风方联合西药治疗原发性高血压头痛临床研究
Clinical observation of increased effect of Liqi Huoxue Qufeng prescription combined with western medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To Observe the changes in blood pressure and headache with people in high blood pres-sure by using Lixu Huoxue prescription combined with western medicine .Methods :134 patients were randomly di-vided into 2 groups .The control group received routine antihypertensive treatment .The treatment group was treated with western medicine combined with Chinese medicine Lixu Huoxue prescription to control blood pressure . To compare two groups for the changes in systolic and diastolic pressure on the 7d ,14d ,21d ,28d and the improvment in headche symptoms .Results :Systolic blood pressure decreased in the two groups after 7 day's treatment ,the treat-ment group(152 .31 ± 3 .12)mmHg ;the control group(152 .78 ± 3 .26)mmHg) (P<0 .05) .The peak reduction of systolic blood pressure in the two groups was concentrated in the first 14 days .Diastolic blood pressure decreased in both two groups ,the treatment group(73 .89 ± 1 .71)mmHg ;the control group(80 .12 ± 1 .79)mmHg) (P<0 .05) . The diastolic pressure of the treatment group(78 .40 ± 1 .93)mmHg decreased more obviously than that of the con-trol group (84 .81 ± 2 .02)mmHg after 14 day's treatment(P<0 .05) .In the terms of improvment in headche symp-toms ,treatment group(84 .3% ) ,(50 .0% )were better than the control group (67 .1% ) ,(37 .5% ))in the total effect rate and the clinical cure rate .Conclusion:Lixu Huoxue prescription has increased effect for essential hypertensive patients with headche .关键词
