清宁片联合针刺十三鬼穴治疗中风后失眠疗效观察
Clinical observation of Qingning tablets combined with thirteen ghost points on insomnia after stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingning tablet combined with thirteen ghosts in the treatment of insomnia after stroke .Methods:60 patients with insomnia after stroke were randomly divided into ex-perimental group and control group (n = 30) .The experimental group was treated with Qingning tablet combined with thirteen ghosts and the control group was treated with estazolam .After 4 weeks of treatment ,PSQI score was performed to observe the clinical efficacy .Results :The effective rate of PSQI score was 93 .33% in the experimental group and 86 .67% in the control group .The difference was statistically significant (Z = 2 .261 , P<0 .05) .After treatment ,the scores of PSQI and the factor scores of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment .The scores of PSQI and sleep quality ,sleep disorders ,hypnotic drugs and daytime function-al factors were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .The inci-dence of adverse reactions was 3 .33% (1/30) in the experimental group and 23 .33% (7/30) in the control group , the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 3 .606 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion :The threeteen ghosts combined with Qingning tablet can significantly improve the insomnia symptoms of stroke patients ,and the improvement of sleep quality ,sleep quality and daytime quality of life is more obvious and less adverse reactions .关键词
