Abstract
Objective:To research the influence of recovery of activities of daily living and upper limb motor function of conventional rehabilitation technique combined with Chao Yuanfang guidance method in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy .Methods:Selected 130 cerebral apoplexy cases combined treatment divided them into two groups randomly ,called traditional group (n=65 cases) and combination group (n=65 cases) .In the conventional group , routine rehabilitation techniques were used for rehabilitation training .On the basis ,the combined group ,compared upper limb muscle recovery ,muscle tension and improvement of walking ability of two groups by Fugl-Meyer gauge and Barthel gauge .Results :The contrast between the two groups was significantly improved before and after treat-ment .The contrast between the two groups was better than that of the conventional group .Barthel index in tradi-tional group was(70 .55 ± 10 .37)lower than combination group (82 .48 ± 11 .62) .Fugl-Meyer scale in traditional group was(83 .44 ± 11 .05)higher than combination group (76 .67 ± 10 .24) .The improvement and recovery of the combination group were better than the traditional group ,and had statistical difference(P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Trea-ting with cerebral apoplexy ,the conventional rehabilitation combined with Chao Yuanfang guidance method has good effect ,better than rehabilitation simply ,can effectively improve the upper limb motor function and activities of dai-ly living ,expand the connotation of Chinese traditional sports therapy ,provide a new therapy has clinical signifi-cance .关键词
