痰热清联合舒利迭对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重患者炎症氧化应激反应的影响
Effect of Tanreqing combined with seretide on oxidative stress in patients with AECOPD and its clinical efficacy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Tanreqing combined with Seretide on oxidative stress in patients with AECOPD and explore its clinical efficacy .Methods:116 AECOPD patients were divided into control group and Tanreqing combined with Seretide treatment group .The expression of 8-iso-PGF2α,IL-6 ,TNF-α,blood gas analy-sis and pulmonary function index was recorded .The clinical symptoms and treatment efficiency was compared be-tween the two groups .Results :After treatment ,the improvement of PaO2 ,PaCO2 ,FEV1% ,and FEV1/FVC was better in treatment group than that in control group (P<0 .05) .The disappearance time of breath difficult ,wheeze relief time and hospital during time was (2 .8 ± 0 .5)d ,(3 .9 ± 0 .7)d ,(7 .2 ± 1 .3)d in treatment group ,which was shorter than that of (3 .6 ± 0 .7)d ,(5 .2 ± 0 .9)d ,(10 .9 ± 2 .1)d in control group (P<0 .05) .The treatment efficien-cy was 89 .7% in treatment group ,which was better than 74 .1% in control group (P<0 .05) .There was no signifi-cant difference of 8-iso-PGF2α,IL-6 ,and TNF-αbetween the two groups before treatment (P>0 .05) .After treat-ment ,the improvement of 8-iso-PGF2α,IL-6 ,and TNF-αwas better in treatment group than that in control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Tanreqing combined with Seretide could significantly reduce oxidative stress damage in AE-COPD patients ,with effectively clinical curative effect .关键词
