Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Erchen decoction and Wubeisan in patients with peptic ulcer of HP infection ,in order to provide the basis for clinical treatment .Methods:Diagnosed as peptic ulcer in patients with HP infection in 200 cases .It's randomly divided the patients into the treatment group and the control group ,the control group of 100 patients ,treated with western medicine triple therapy ,treatment group 100 cases were treated with Erchen decoction plus Wubeisan combined with triple therapy ,treatment cycle for 4 weeks . Before and after treatment ,the serum inflammatory factors ,the expression of TGF-beta 1 protein in gastric muco-sa ,the curative effect of gastroscope ulcer ,the rate of negative HP ,the curative effect of TCM syndrome and the adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in two groups .Results :After 4 weeks of treatment ,ser-um inflammatory factors levels of patients in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0 .05) . The treatment group the expression of protein TGF-beta 1 in gastric mucosa of patients was lower than that of con-trol group (P<0 .05) .Gastroscopy ulcer patients with effective treatment group 88% than the control group 70%(P<0 .05) .The treatment group HP negative rate 91% than the control group 72% (P<0 .05) .TCM syndrome score of patients in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Erchen decoction and wubeisan combined with triple therapy can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammation related factors ,de-crease the expression of gastric mucosa TGF-protein beta 1 protein ,and can effectively eradicate HP ,promote ulcer healing ,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients ,and has high clinical efficacy ,fewer side effects .关键词
