钢渣催化剂提升直接碳燃料电池性能研究
Steel-slag Catalysts for Improving the Performance of Direct Carbon Fuel Cells

Abstract
The CO2 gasification reaction of solid carbon (C+CO2 =2CO),i.e.the reverse Boudouard reaction,is one of the key reactions determining the performance of solid oxide direct carbon fuel cells (SODCFC).Based on the comparison study of the reverse Boudouard reactivity of coal char and that loaded with acid-activated steel-slag catalyst,the electrochemical performance of DC-SOFC fuelled with the two fuels was investigated comparatively.The results showed that the acid-activated steel-slag catalyst reduced 240℃C of the initial temperature of the reverse Boudouard reaction of coal char,and increased 4 times of the CO producing rate.For the electrochemical performance,the acid-activated steel-slag catalyst enhanced the peak power density of the cell at 850℃C from 67.4 mW cm-2 to 200.4 mW · cm-2,and improved the fuel availability from 41.5% to 79.6%.关键词
