非小细胞肺癌患者血清中miRNA-449a的表达及其临床意义
Expression of miRNA-449a in serum and its clinical significance in patients with non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of miRNA-449a in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and its clini-cal significance. Methods The quantitative real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miRNA-449a in 26 non-small cell lung cancer patients and 30 healthy controls. The relationship between the serum of serum miRNA-449a and clinical pathological pa-rameters was analyzed. The specificity and sensitivity of miRNA-449a in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer was determined by receiver-operating characteristic(ROC)curves. Results The expression of miRNA-449a in non-small cell lung cancer was signifi-cantly lower than that of healthy controls(P < 0. 05). The expression of miRNA-449a was significantly associated with the tumor clini-cal stage(TNM)and lymphatic metastasis(P < 0. 05),and the expression of miRNA-449a was not significantly associated with the his-tological type(P > 0. 05). The area under ROC was 0. 840(95% CI 0. 693 - 0. 986),and the sensitivity and specificity were 77. 8% and 84. 6% when 0. 513 was selected as the critical value. Conclusion The expression of serum miRNA-449a is significantly re-duced in patients with non-small cell lung cancer cell,and it may be a biomarker for the clinical diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.关键词
