结直肠癌组织中ERCC1、VEGF-C及LVD的表达与预后分析
Expression and prognostic analysis of ERCC1、VEGF-C and LVD in colorectal carcinoma

Abstract
Objectives :To explore the expression of ERCC1、VEGF-C and the level of LVD in colorectal carci-noma ,and analyze the relationship with the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma .Methods:Detection ERCC1 in 50 post-operative colorectal cancer tissues were done with immunofluorescence technique ,VEGF-C expression and LVD level in 50 postoperative colorectal cancer tissues were done with SP immunohistochemical technique ,and the data were processed by SPSS software .Results:1 .The expression of ERCC1 in postoperative colorectal cancer tissue was ob-viously lower than that in normal tissue (P=0 .01) .The expression of VEGF-C in postoperative colorectal cancer tissue was obviously higher than that in normal tissue (P=0 .000) .The level of LVD in postoperative colorectal cancer tissue was obviously higher than that in normal tissue (P=0 .000) .2 .ERCC1 expression had negative correla-tion with VEGF-C expression and LVD level (r= -0 .325 , P=0 .015 ;r= -0 .487 , P=0 .000) .3 .Five-year OS rate and DFS rate of low ERCC1 expression ,high VEGF-C expression patients were lower than those of high ERCC1 expression ,low VEGF-C expression patients(P=0 .001;P=0 .001) ,and the differences had statistical significance . Five-year OS rate and DFS rate of low ERCC1 expression ,high LVD level patients were lower than those of high ERCC1 expression ,low LVD level patients (P=0 .002 ;P=0 .001) .Conclusion :1 .The prognosis of patients with low ERCC1 expression ,high VEGF-C expression or low ERCC1 expression ,high LVD level is poor ;2 .The joint de-tection of the expression of ERCC1 and VEGF-C or the expression of ERCC1 and the level of LVD might indicate the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma .关键词
