Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound (CDU ) in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lumps and TNM staging of breast cancer .Methods :Selected the 86 cases of breast lump pa-tients ,used CDU to determine the benign and malignant lumps and compared them with pathological results .Ana-lyze the imaging of lump's shape ,boundary ,internal echo and diolame .Malignant lumps were given TNM stage to observe the diagnostic value of CDU .Results :Compared with pathological results ,the relevance ratio of CDU in be-nign and malignant breast lumps were 90 .63% and 72 .73% ,which means the rate of benign breast lumps was high-er(P<0 .05) .There were statistical differences between the shape ,boundary ,internal echo and diolame of benign and malignant breast lumps .The higher the TNM staging of malignant lump ,the higher the grade of blood flow . Conclusion :CDU can accurately identify the benign and malignant breast lumps ,and the relevance ratio of benign lumps is higher ,and it also has some reference value in the evaluation of TNM stage of malignant lumps .关键词
