肾小球肾炎患者血清补体C3,C4水平检测及其临床意义
Glomerulonephritis patients serum C3 and C4 level detection and its clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the glomerular nephritis patients serum C3 ,C4 level detection and clinical significance .Methods :208 cases of glomerulonephritis patients as observation group ,choose the 155 cases of healthy physical examination for the same period as the control group .Adopts special protein analyzer to test the two groups of indicators ,the data obtained by SPSS17 .0 statistical software for statistical analysis .Results :Acute and chronic glomerulonephritis C3 levels than healthy controls were lower (P < 0 .05) .Chronic glomerulonephritis C3 level lower in the acute glomerulonephritis group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Different types of glomerulonephritis patients with C3 and C4 level to reduce the degree of different ,and may be associated with the progression of disease .关键词
