高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺髓样癌的诊断价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography in medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) .Methods :Twenty-six patients with MTC confirmed by postoperative patholo-gy were retrospectively analyzed for a total of 31 nodules ,such as echo ,size ,shape ,border and internal calcifica-tion .Result :Among the 31 nodules ,19 (61 .3% ) were located in the right lobe and 12 (38 .7% ) were on the left ;30 (96 .8% ) were solid hypoechoic ;22 (71 .0% ) irregular shape ;21 (67 .7% ) blurred boundaries ;Twenty (77 .4% ) were calcified.Of the 26 patients ,20 (76 .9% ) had cervical lymph node metastases and 23 (88 .5% ) had elevated calcitonin .Conclusion :Thyroid myeloid carcinoma high frequency color Doppler ultrasound showed irregular shape , blurred solid hypoechoic nodules ,may be associated with small calcification or thick calcification ,high frequency col-or Doppler ultrasound on the thyroid myeloid Cancer has a high diagnostic value .关键词
