Comparative study of the curative effect of different skin-grafting patterns in restoring large area of burning surface

Abstract
Objective:The comparative study of different skin-grafting patterns in restoring large area of burn-ing surface was discussed .Methods :60 cases of patients suffering from large area of burning wound receiving treat-ment were selected as research objects and divided into three groups according to the random number table method . Therein stamp skin-grafting treatment was applied to 20 cases of patients in group A ,meek skin-grafting treatment was applied to 20 cases in group B and 20 cases in group C were given Micro-skin grafting treatment .The operation result differences among the three groups were analyzed and compared .Results :group A with stamp treatment was high and the postoperative intertion status in Phase I was good ,but the forward wound healing rate was low and the curing was poor ;for patients in group B had higher grafting rate of survival ,the wound healing time was long and Phase I postoperative healing and forward healing rate was good ;clinical treatment healing effect was satisfactory . For patients in group C was low and the healing time was short ,but the Phase I healing and forward healing rate was poor with bad clinical treatment healing conditions .With the application of different skin-grafting patterns on the pa-tients in three groups ,the comparative differences in indexes of skin-grafting success rate ,wound healing time , Phase I healing rate and wound healing rate after skin-grafting all had statistical significance (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :The clinical effect of different skin-grafting patterns for large area of burning wound differ with merits and demerits , thus different skin-grafting patterns should be selected according to the patients ' own conditions .关键词
