Abstract
Objective:To investigate the treatment effects of rifapentine on patients with pulmonary tubercu-losis and its effects on serum IL-6 ,IFN-γ,CA125 .Methods :84 patients with multi drug resistant tuberculosis in our hospital diagnosis and treatment were selected as the research object ,all patients were divided into observation group and control group accorded to the order of admission .The observation group was given the rifapentine based LHZE treatment ,the control group was given the rifampicin based RHZE treatment ,all patients were treated for 4 months .Results :The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .After treatment ,the CA125 in the observation group and the control group that were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0 .05) ,the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0 .05) .After treatment ,the IL-6 ,IFN-γvalues in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0 .05) ,while the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Rifapentine in adjuvant treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can enhance the curative effect ,inhibit the expression of CA125 ,and it can effectively reduce the content of serum IL-6 , IFN-γ,it has good application values .关键词
