Abstract
Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the ternary system methanol+dimethyl carbonate (DMC)+diethylene glycol were measured at 101.3 kPa in a modified Othmer still.With the addition of diethylene glycol,the relative volatility of methanol to DMC deceased and the vapor-liquid equilibrium temperature increased.Diethylene glycol is not suitable as an extracting agent for separation of methanol+DMC using extractive distillation.The NRTL model was used to correlate the experimental data of the system methanol+DMC+diethylene glycol at solvent ratio 0.25,0.5,1.The biggest standard deviation of temperature was 0.63 K.关键词
