摘要
Abstract
The cold oil absorption technology is adopted to separate propylene from the gas mixture of propane dehydrogenation reaction(Scheme Ⅰ).The membrane separation technology is used to preseparate hydrogen from the mixture(Scheme Ⅱ) on the basis of Scheme Ⅰ.Product output,yield,operation condition and energy consumption in the two schemes are investigated by the VMGSim software.Simulation results reveal that the purity of propylene and propane is basically the same in these two schemes.Beyond that,Scheme Ⅰ has larger absorbent consumption as well as higher product yield whereas Scheme Ⅱ consumes less energy but brings out an extra product of hydrogen.Compared with Scheme Ⅰ,Scheme Ⅱ is better by considering the combined effects of investment,energy consumption and economic benefit.关键词
