Abstract
The electrostatic forms of the static electricity generated in the fluidized bed reactor of gas phase polyethylene were analyzed,and the corresponding technical method for controlling electrostatic was put forward.The electrostatic forms including serrated,convergent,divergent,mutational,irregular and unidirectional,were generated in the operating conditions of the start-up,normal production,and entering or quitting condensed mode.Impurities getting into the reactor were the immediate cause of generating static electricity.Electrostatic mitigation method could reduce the impurities generated continuously or getting into,and neutralized unidirectional static electricity.The rational use of the resistance electrostatic system at the initial stage of the plant start-up could ensure success of start-up process.关键词
