摘要
Abstract
Upper property development of metro depot is the trend of in future construction of metro depot.But at present,the cover plate height of the upper property development of all metro depots is designed differently and it is necessary to analyze and research the rationality and economy of the designed heights.In this paper,the main factors influencing the cover plate height are proposed and analyzed with reference to influencing factors involved in Zhen-long depot of Guangzhou metro line 21 in perspective of the height design and the effect on project investment.The results can be used to obtain reasonable values of the main influence factors for Zhen-long depot and work out the reasonable design height and effectively reduce construction cost.关键词
