摘要

Abstract

Through pot experiment in summer,this paper studies the effect of sowing depth on the germination rate and the effect of sowing density on plant height,plant biomass and total biomass of Elymus nutans,Poa pratensis and Medicago sativa in high-cold area.The results show that the suitable sowing depths of Elymus nutans,Poa pratensis and Medicago sativa are about 2 ~4 cm,2 cm and 1 cm,respectively and there is a negative correlation between seeding density,plant height and plant biomass.The correlation between total biomass and seeding density,plant height and plant biomass is not strong due to composite factors.The suitable sowing density of Elymus nutans and Poa pratensis is about 300 plants · m-2,and Medicago sativa is about 300-500 plants · m-2.
