循经点穴手法结合激光综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of meridian acupuncture massage combined laser treatment for lumbar disc herniation

Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the meridian acupuncture massage combined laser comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy and recurrence rate. [Methods] The 400 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,the test group with meridian acupuncture massage combined laser comprehensive treatment, the control group with traditional massage therapy. Three courses for the total treatment, every course was 10 days. Before treatment, every 10 days in the treatment and six months after the end of the test there were carried out on two groups of lumbar mobility comparison and low back pain rating scale (JOA). The clinical efficacy were evaluated at 30 days and six months after the end of treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was 93.8%for the test group, and markedly effective rate was 88.5%. In the control group, the total efficiency was 75.8%, markedly effective rate was 70.0%. The test group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). No adverse effects were found in two groups during the treatment. After the treatment and 6 months later in the test group, there was a significant improvement of lumbar mobility before treatment, a significant increase of JOA before treatment, and the test group was better than the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The meridian acupuncture massage combined laser comprehensive treatment in lumbar disc herniation, compared with the traditional massage, could significantly improve the clinical efficacy, lumbar activity, efficacy stability and reduce recurrence rate.关键词
