摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the effects of licorice on H2O2-induced H9c2 myocardial injury. [Methods] H9c2 cells were treated with H2O2 (100μmol/L for 4 h) to establish a myocardial injury model, and then treated licorice on the concentration of 400 μg/mL and 800 μg/mL for 4 h. The levels of cell viability, lactic dehydrogenas (LDH), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), intracellular calcium ion concentration , mitochondrial permeability transition pore ( mPTP ) and apoptosis rate were measured . [Results] Licorice can improve cell vitality and activity of SOD in different degree, reduce the LDH, MDA, ROS and Ca2+content, inhibit mPTP opening and apoptosis rate (P<0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion] Licorice has the protective effect on H2O2-induced H9c2 myocardial cells.
