水池墙体的分缝与止水优化
Optimization of Seaming and Waterproof of Pool Wall
摘要
Abstract
To enhance the concrete pool wall waterproof parting and the depth of research not only enormous effect, and it is imperative.This article takes a practical engineering, a large pool project in Qatar as object,the calculation method of temperature crack control based on pool wall, the spacing of the expansion joints was calculated to meet the requirements of seepage control.The results were tested by using the finite element software to build the pool simulation model, and the wall construction joints with the water-stop template installation was optimized.The simulation results show that the stress and strain are all within the specified value, which proves the accuracy of the numerical results and the rationality of parameters selection.The widths of crack under different lengths of wall are counted.And the relationship between the length of slit and the width of crack is obtained.Meanwhile, optimization of waterstop structure for expansion joint and improvement of end template mounting method, making the sealing performance has been greatly improved.The results of this research have certain guiding function to seepage control of pool walls.关键词
