基于SEM-ANP的矿工不安全行为影响因素指标体系研究

摘要
Abstract
Although the current safety production situation in China's coal mines is getting better,it is still severe.Due to the unsafe behaviors of coal miners,accidents of coal mine occurred frequently.In order to prevent and control the unsafe behaviors of coal miners,it is a basic way to reduce coal miner's fatal accidents.This paper presents a deep analysis of the influential factors of coal miners' unsafe behaviors from two aspects:internal level and external level,and puts forward hypothesis according to the relationship between all factors,and then in the light of the hypotheses,we construct the conceptual model of influential factors of coal miners' unsafe behaviors.In this paper,applies structural equation model to the empirical research on the conceptual model and finds the influential factors index system of coal miner unsafe behaviors.We determined the weight of factors index system by using the method of ANP and analyzed the importance of factors index.The research are helpful to develop more targeted prevention measures for unsafe behaviors and improve the level of safety management in coal mines.关键词
