单环路复合行星齿轮系统动态跟随性能分析
Dynamic tracking performance analysis of single-loop compound epicyclic gear system

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and the adjustment methods for speed and torque among the basic components of the single-loop compound epicyclic gear transmission system,the concept of dynamic tracking performance is proposed,which is different from the static and dynamic analysis.The speed sensitivity and torque sensitivity reflecting dynamic tracking performance of the system is calculated.Then,the influence parameters and influence rule of speed and torque sensitivity,and the influence of system structure parameters on transmission effect are analyzed.Based on the combination of dynamic tracking performance and transmission effect,the design criterion of the single-loop system is proposed.Finally,the correctness of the analytical method is verified by experiments.The results show that the sensitivity of the output speed relative to the input speed and the output torque relative to the input torque are determined by the characteristic parameter K of the differential epicyclic system and the closing mechanism transmission ratio ip,and the output speed and output torque relative to the sensitivity of the ip can be achieved by selecting the appropriate K.关键词
