UV/H2O2降解水体中左旋氧氟沙星的研究
Degradation of levofloxacin by UV/H2O2 in aqueous environment
摘要
Abstract
The increase of antibitics discharged into the environment results in a variety of environmental problems,with the antibiotic degradation being the focus of many scholars.This paper makes a summarization that the levofloxacin is removed by using UV/H2O2,which is of mild reaction condition without bringing secondary contamination to surroundings.And by controlling the dosage of hydrogen peroxide and the initial pH value of the degradation process are to explore the kinetic process of degradation.Results showed that:@Adding hydrogen peroxide can help remove the levofloxacin under the UV radiation,and the hydrogen peroxide of 30 mmol/L and the reaction time of 150 min,with the levofloxacin removed about 97.61%,and the degradation rate was the fastest;② there is little effect on the removal of levofloxacin in the different pH values;the change of pH value has little effect on the degradation,but the initial solution of weak acid is beneficial to the degradation of Levofloxacin;③ the process of UV/H2O2 degradation of levofloxacin could be well described by the first-order reaction rate model.关键词
