Abstract
Traditional surgery of endometrial cancer makes the female patients to lose fertility.In recent years,fertility-sparing treatment has become the research focus due to the younger age of onset,late marriage and childbirth.For young patients early diagnosed with endometrial cancer,the degree of cancer differentiation is relatively high and the malignant tumors are limited to the endometrium.A majority of these patients are classified as the hormone-dependent type with relatively good clinical prognosis.It is feasible to implement fertility-sparing treatment.In this article,fertility-sparing therapeutic regime of endometrial cancer and subsequent fertility problems were mainly investigated.关键词
