不同类型烟草新品种(系)对南方根结线虫的抗性鉴定
Characterization of Meloidogyne incognita resistance in new tobacco varieties(lines)

Abstract
To investigate the Meloidogyne incognita resistance in new tobacco varieties (lines), 42 new tobacco varieties (lines) including flue-cured and burley tobacco were evaluated in disease nursery. The results showed that in the 42 varieties (lines), there were 7 resistant varieties (lines), namely flue-cured tobacco LJ986, LY30604, Guiyan 6, YN116, Guiyan 2, CF226 and burley tobacco 27018; which accounted for 16.67%. There were 26 medium resistant varieties (lines), 8 medium susceptible varieties (lines) and 1 susceptible variety (line), which accounted for 61.90%, 19.05% and 2.38%, respectively. The proportion of medium resistant varieties (lines) was the highest, and there were no high resistant and high susceptible varieties (lines).关键词
