外界激励对生物类溶致液晶的影响
Effects of external excitations on biological lyotropic liquid crystals
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the effects of different environmental factors on the structure of human biofilm ,a lipoidal vesicle model constructed by phosphatidylcholine was established .The response of the biological lyotropic liquid crystal system under various external excitations was studied .Firstly , changes of LC phase driven by different excitations ,such as temperature ,electric field and magnetic field ,was investigated ,and the critical values or numerical ranges of the damage to the structure were measured .Then ,by doping with ethanol or petroleum ether ,variations of the biofilm structure and performance in different body fluid environment were analyzed .The results show that the temperature range of biofilm lamellar phase is -17.3 ℃ ~ 94.8℃ ,and the critical value of structure damage is a-bout 45 ℃ .The limitation of constant electromagnetic field for human exposure is 20 kV/m (4 h) and 40 mT (4 h) .Critical concentrations of ethanol and petroleum ether in body fluid are both less than 630 mg/100 mL .The results show that the biofilm structure can only be maintained in a specific tem-perature range ,and a certain strength of constant electric and magnetic field can make the membrane structure deformed .The inorganic ion is beneficial to the biofilm maintenance when temperature va-ries ,but it increases the damage of the electromagnetic field .Ethanol and petroleum ether can inhibit the formation and the stability of biofilm .关键词
