摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of rapid response ,and improve the compatibility ,a nega-tive liquid crystal material 3PEPYO2 containing ethane bridge bond was designed .The 3PEPYO2 was prepared by combination of Grignard reaction ,Wittig reaction and Suzuki reaction ,using propyl bro-mobenzene ,bromobenzyl bromide and 2 ,3-difluoro-4-ethoxybenzeneboronic acid as raw materials . And the structure was characterized by GC-MS ,IR and NMR .The results showed that the compound was immersed in liquid crystal phase at 76 .77 ℃ with Δn value of 0 .1886 and the Δεvalue of -0 .798 . The compound may have potential application value in the preparation of fast response and high refrac-tive liquid crystal optics .
