2型糖尿病肾病患者维生素D与肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平的相关性分析
Correlation study of the levels of vitamin D with rennin and angiotensin aldosterone II in type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of the levels of vitamin D with rennin, angiotensin II in type 2 diabetes.Methods One hundred and seven cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,as defined by the WHO criteria were en-rolled as object of study.They were divided into control group(ACR<30 μg/mg), microalbuminuria group(30 μg/mg <ACR<299 μg/mg)and clinical proteinuria group(ACR≥299 μg/mg)according to urinary albumin to creatinine ratio.The levels of vitamin D,rennin concentration and angiotensin II were detected.Results The results showed that levels of vitamin D of control group,microalbuminuria group and clinical proteinuria group were decreased[(24.52 ±3.87)ng/ml,(22.59 ± 4.00)ng/ml,(16.60 ±5.23)ng/ml,F =29.85,P <0.01],while the concentration of rennin[(13.52 ±3.80)pg/ml, (17.15 ±5.02)pg/ml,(21.04 ±4.15)pg/ml,F =25.29, P <0.01]and angiotensinⅡ[(157.16 ±40.88)pg/ml, (208.80 ±58.77)pg/ml,(259.37 ±52.90)pg/ml,F =34.05,P <0.01]were increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the levels of vitamin D and rennin concentration were negatively correlated(r=-0.792,P<0.05), and the levels of vitamin D and angiotensinⅡwere negatively correlated(r=-0.870,P<0.05).Conclusion The more se-rious the condition of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,the lower the level of plasma vitamin D,and the increase of renin and an-giotensin II levels.关键词
