大用户负荷调控潜力及价值评估研究
Research on Evaluation of Scheduling Potentials and Values on Large Consumers
摘要
Abstract
As an effective means in the initial stage of electric market,the direct or indirect load scheduling is able to shift the peak load effectually.Considering various methods of policy-driven demand response,the load potential index system was put forward.It combined both characteristic and static attributes of consumers.An improved approach,based on the grey target and prospect theory,was proposed to quantify consumers' abilities.The initial decision matrix was dealt with by the grey target theory,while the scheduling potential was quantified by the prospect theory.The fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate the scheduling value of clients.The effectiveness and reasonableness of the proposed index system and the evaluation method are illustrated by an actual case.关键词
