雷替曲塞注射剂联合奥沙利铂注射剂治疗晚期胃癌的临床研究
Clinical trial of raltitrexed injection combined with oxaliplatin injection in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of raltitrexed injection combined with oxaliplatin injection in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group (n =40 cases) and treatment group (n =40 cases).Control group was treated with cisplatin 20 mg · m-2,intravenous infusion + 5-fluorouracil 500 mg · m-2,intravenous infusion for 4 h,at day 1-5.Treatment group was given raltitrexed 3 mg · m-2,intravenous drip for 15 min + oxaliplatin 130 mg · m-2,intravenous drip for 3 h on the first day.Two groups were treated for 2 cycles with 28 days per cycle.The short-term efficacy,median survival time and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,total effective rates in the treatment and control groups were 45.00％ (18/40 cases) and 42.50％ (17/40 cases) without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the median survival time in treatment and control groups were (12.68 ± 5.26) and (8.81 ± 5.78) months with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The main adverse drug reactions in two groups were based on bone marrow suppression,diarrhea,oral mucositis and neurotoxicity.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in the treatment and control groups were 57.50％ and 62.50％ without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,the clinical efficacy and safety of Raltitrexed injection combined with oxaliplatin injection were equal to those of cisplatin injection combined with 5-fluorouracil injection,but the former can statistically prolong the median survival time.关键词
