Abstract
Objective To systematically analyze the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) caused by daptomycin to provide references for its safe and rational medication.Methods Based on the domestic literatures retrieved from China hospital knowledge database (CHKD),Chinese medical journal database (CMJD) and Wanfang database from 1997 to 2016,the ADRs caused by daptomycin were summarized and statistically analyzed.Results The study collected 43 copies and 238 cases with the ADRs of daptomycin.Daptomycin caused various complicated ADRs and clinical manifestations,which were musculoskeletal system,respiratory system disorders and allergic reactions.Conclusion Adverse drug reactions monitoring of daptomycin should be strengthened to ensure its safe and rational medication.关键词
