Probes and practice of the cultivation of clinical research coordinator in pediatrics
摘要
Abstract
There are many difficulties of the development of clinical research coordinator (CRC) in pediatrics clinical trial.Probes and practice of the cultivation of CRC in pediatrics were shared,such as establishing applicable system of labour power employment,establishing check-up system of CRC,conducting pediatric CRC salon regularly,researching together,helping CRC establish the good relationship with children and their parents,inviting CRC to take part in quality control of programs in progress,establishing a incentive system.The standardized management and training of pediatric CRC,will be conducive to a stable and professional team.Thus the clinical trial will go well and the quality will be significantly increased.关键词
