Abstract
In clinical practice,methotrexate exhibits individual difference in drug efficacy and adverse reactions.Genetic variation is one of the most important influence factors.The article reviewed latest researches of methotrexate in metabolism,transport,and targets to discover the relationship between gene polymorphisms on pharmacogenomics and methotrexate so as to provide references for clinical individualized treatment.关键词
