Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of medroxyprogesterone combined with ceftriaxone and metronidazole in the treatment of endometritis and its effect on cytokines.Methods Ninety-six patients with endometritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group 48 cases.Control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium injection 0.5 g,metronidazole injection 25 mg,once a day,intravenous infusion respectively,continuous treatment for 14 d.Treatment group was treated with medroxyprogesterone 2 mg on the basis of control group,once a day,oral,continuous for 21 d.Two groups were treated for 2 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,remission time of clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors and adverse drug reactions in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 95.83％ (46 cases/48 cases),81.25％ (39 cases/48 cases),with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the vaginal bleeding time,lower abdominal pain time and bloating time in treatment group were (3.22 ± 0.91),(5.43 ±2.16),(2.41 ± 1.65)d,had significant difference with those in control group,which were (5.18 ± 1.35),(6.56 ±2.14),(5.26 ± 1.87)d(P ＜0.05).The levels of interleukin-2,interleukin-4,interleukin-10 in treatment group after treatment were (4.28 ± 1.06),(8.06 ± 1.03),(20.25 ± 4.19)μg · L-1,had significant difference with those in control group,which were (3.76 ± 0.97),(9.04 ± 0.91),(18.38 ± 3.64) μg · L-1 (P ＜ 0.05).There were 1 case of dizziness,2 cases of drowsiness in treatment group,the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 6.25％ (3 cases/48 cases).There were 3 cases of dizziness,3 cases of drowsiness,4 cases of lethargic,the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 20.83％ (10 cases/48 cases),with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ceftriaxone,metronidazole combined with medroxyprogesterone in the treatment of patients with endometritis can alleviate the clinical symptoms,maintain anti-inflammatory/proinflammatory factor balance,improve the clinical effect,and had mild adverse drug reactions.关键词
