新福菌素注射剂联合奈达铂注射剂治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床研究
Clinical trial of actinomycin injection combined with nedaplatin injection in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of actinomycin combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and provide a reference in clinical treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 80 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group (n =40 cases) and treatment group (n =40 cases).The control group was given nedaplatin 30 mg · m-2 once a week by intravenous drip.The treatment group was given actinomycin 0.4 mg + 5％ GS 500 mL by deep intravenous fluids for 4-5 h,one time two days,based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the primary nasopharyngeal and cervical lymph node metastases were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 67.50％ (27 cases/40 cases) and 45.00％ (18 cases/40 cases),and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the decreased area of primary lesion of pharynx in the treatment group and the control group were (19.11 ± 2.07),(23.6 ± 5.51) mm.The area of neck lymph node metastasis in treatment group and control group were (5.49 ± 3.92),(9.24 ± 3.83) mm,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The adverse drug reactions in the control group and the treatment group were myelosuppression,oral mucosal reaction,gastrointestinal reaction,dry mouth,skin reaction.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in the control group and the treatment group were 72.50％ (29 cases/40 cases) and 82.50％ (33 cases/40 cases) respectively,the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma,combined Actinomycin with Nedaplatin can improve the clinical treatment effect while no significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions,the treatment is safe and effective.关键词
