氢吗啡酮注射液联合丙泊酚注射液治疗三叉神经痛的临床研究
Clinical trial of hydromorphone hydrochloride injection combined with propofol injection in the treatment of epileptiform neuralgia

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of hydromorphone hydrochloride injection combined with propofol injection and radiofrequency lesion in the treatment of epileptiform neuralgia.Methods Ninety-two patients of epileptiform neuralgia were divided into control group and treatment group with 46 cases per group.Control group was given 5 mg · kg-1 propofol injection,intravenous drip + radiofrequency lesion.Treatment group was given 20 mg · mL-1 hydromorphone hydrochloride injection,intravenous drip,and after 15 min given 5 mg · kg-1 propofol injection,intravenous drip + radiofrequency lesion.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,excellent rates in treatment and control groups were 91.30％ (42 cases/46 cases) and 73.91％ (34 cases/46 cases) with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Intraoperative and postoperative,the VAS scores in treatment group were (3.42 ± 1.12),(1.13 ± 0.09) points,the VAS scores in control group were (6.82 ±0.68),(3.02 ±0.21) points,the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions of two groups were loss of facial sensation,paralysis of mastication,loss of corneal reflection and nausea and vomiting.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 15.22％ and 34.81％ with significant difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Hydromorphone hydrochloride injection combined with propofol injection and radiofrequency lesion has a definitive clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of epileptiform neuralgia,which can relieve pain.关键词
