摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the in vitro antifungal activity of vitamin D3 against fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans.Methods The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of vitamin D3 against Candida albican were assayed by Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) M27-A3 microdilution method;the combined antifungal activity of vitamin D3 with fluconazole was evaluated by broth microdilution checkerboard technique system.Results The MIC50 and MIC90 of vitamin D3 alone against Candida albican were 1,2 μg · mL-1 The combination of vitamin D3 and fluconazole had synergistic inhibitory activity against fluconazole-resistant Candida albican (80%,n =10) and MIC of fluconazole decreased from 64 μg mL-1 to 0.25 μg· mL-1,and no antagonism was found.Conclusion Results indicate that vitamin D3 had powerful antifungal activity against Candida albican,and enhanced the activity of fluconazole against fluconazole-resistant Candida albican in vitro.
