健脾解毒汤对小鼠银屑病模型作用的实验研究
Experimental study of the Spleen Detoxification Soup on the psoriasis in mice model

Abstract
Objective To study of the Spleen Detoxification Soup(SDS) on the psoriasis in mice model.Methods (1) Test 1:the mouse tail skin natural lack of granular layer,can be seen as building success.According to random number table,mice were randomly divided into three groups:blank Ⅰ group,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM;SDS 1.6 mg · g-1)Ⅰ group and control Ⅰ group(acitretin capsules,4 μg · g-1),each group of 10 mice.The animals are kept in cages,and they are regularly given the medicine of the stomach to feed the grain and drink water freely.(2)Test 2:the ethylene female mice by intraperitoneal injection of 3 consecutive days of phenol,every 0.2 mg · time-1,only 1 times · d-1,all the mice in phase of estrogen,put to death in mice after intraperitoneal injection of colchicine,specimens,then count 500 epithelial cells mitosis in number,higher than blank group,building success.The mice were randomly divided into four groups:blank Ⅱ groups,model group,TCM Ⅱ group and control Ⅱ group,10 mice per group.The animals are kept in cages,and they are regularly given the medicine of the stomach to feed the grain and drink water freely.The number of cells in the tail granule layer of several mice in the test 1 was observed and counted by microscope.The number of mitotic cells in vaginal epithelium of several mice in the test 2 was observed and counted by microscope.Results The number of cells in the granular layer:blank Ⅰ group,control Ⅰ group and TCM Ⅰ group were (9.67 ± 3.06),(24.69 ± 1.29),(24.45 ± 3.91).Compared with the control Ⅰ group,there were significant differences between the control group Ⅰ and TCM Ⅰ group (all P ＜ 0.05).Mitotic number:blank Ⅱ group and model group were (18.10 ± 13.66),(1.50 ± 0.51).Compared with the blank Ⅱ group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.001),indicating the accomplishment of modeling.Control Ⅱ group and TCM lⅡ group were (3.80 ± 1.32),(8.80 ± 5.43).Compared with model group,control Ⅱ group and TEM Ⅱ group difference had statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control Ⅱ group,TCM Ⅱ group difference has statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),indicating acitretin capsule and SDS can inhibit the mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelial cells.Conclusion SDS is an effective prescription for treating psoriasis.关键词
