Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efifcacy and safety of Diane-35(Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets) and minoxidil in the treatment of female pattern hair loss.Methods 110 patients with female pattern hair loss were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group was treated with Diane-35 and minoxidil, while the control group was treated with minoxidil only. The efifcacy and side effects was evaluated after treated 12-week treatment.Results After 12 weeks treatment, the total effective rates were 70.91% in the experiment group and 43.64% in the control group (P<0.05); the sera T and DHEA level of the experiment group Was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); There were no signiifcant difference in side effective rate between two groups. ConclusionIt is effective and safe for Diane-35 in combination with minoxidil in the treatment of female pattern hair loss.关键词
