Abstract
The structure of employment and professional ability are the concrete embodiment of social demand for professional talents, and the key to determine the training target of professional talents. This article from the professional positioning of the medical laboratory technology (medical cosmetic technology) has made a preliminary exploration and analysis of the structure of employment and occupation ability of professional personnel, in order to provide reference for other colleges with professional training. Which jobs are beauty tutor, beauty instructor, beauty consultant, university laboratory technicians and medical experimental researchers, etc. The professional ability mainly includes specialized technical ability such as the technology of life beauty and the image design, Chinese medicine cosmetology and health care, the preparation of cosmetics and R&D, the technical consultation and guidance of medical beauty surgery, as well as professional technical ability involving in learning ability, communication skills, interpersonal skills, team cooperation ability, innovation ability.关键词
